Kärcher Acquires Holder

Kärcher Group and Max Holder GmbH have merged. The acquisition of Max Holder by Kärcher Group will strengthen the leading positions of Holder in the global market of municipal carrier vehicles. Likewise, this will also help to expand Kärcher’s ever growing footprint in the cleaning and sweeping equipment industry. “As we look to the future, we will benefit from the synergy effects in R&D, purchasing, production and sales and make both brands even more successful,” says Hartmut Jenner, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Management of the Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG.

Holder has been hard at work on the planned launch and implementation of their US spare parts warehouse along with its expanding dealer network and coverage in the US. Holder has other exciting projects in the works and there will be much more to follow.
