Service Administrator

Holder Tractors Inc. (HTI) is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer oriented Service Administrator

Service Administrator:

To provide customer service and administrative support to the Production Manager

Duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with e-mails, incoming phone calls and providing customer service
  • Writing & updating work orders
  • Warranty submissions
  • Follow-up with Technicians regarding work order inventory
  • Adhering to & ensuring compliance of internal control processes
  • Other duties as assigned by Service Manager

Employment requirements: 

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be customer oriented and a team player
  • Must possess a strong proficiency with computer skills
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingualism (French and English) considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills are required
  • Must possess good time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with time constraints
  • Must possess good problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of / experience with accounts receivable considered an asset

Position Information:

  • Full-time (40 hrs / week)
  • Starting salary: $37,000
